Please read these instructions carefully before using the Attendance System.

This system helps you manage student attendance easily and export it to Excel.

🟢 తెలుగు మార్గదర్శిని

• 📅 1: హాజరు కోసం తేదీని ఎంచుకోండి.
• 👥 2: "Load Table" క్లిక్ చేసి విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్యను ఎంటర్ చేయండి.
• ✏️ 3: ప్రతి విద్యార్థి కోసం Roll No మరియు Name నమోదు చేయండి. తరువాత కూడా ఎడిట్ చేయవచ్చు.
• ✅ 4: చివరి కాలమ్ లోని చెక్ బాక్స్ ద్వారా హాజరైన విద్యార్థులను గుర్తించండి.
• ➕ 5: "Add Column" ద్వారా Group / Section వంటి అదనపు కాలమ్స్ చేర్చవచ్చు.
• 📆 6: "Add Date" ద్వారా మరిన్ని తేదీలు చేర్చవచ్చు.
• 🧑‍🎓 7: "Add Another" ద్వారా కొత్త విద్యార్థిని చేర్చవచ్చు.
• 📝 8: Roll No మరియు Name కాలమ్ హెడ్డింగ్‌లను కూడా ఎడిట్ చేయవచ్చు.
• 💾 9: "Save Attendance" క్లిక్ చేసి డేటాను సేవ్ చేయండి.
• 📥 10: "Download Excel" ద్వారా attendance ను Excel ఫైల్ గా పొందండి.
• 🔄 11: "Clear All" ద్వారా పట్టికను రీసెట్ చేయండి.
• 📌 గమనిక: పట్టికలోని మొదటి వరుసను Attendance Title గా ఎడిట్ చేయవచ్చు.

🟢 English Guide

• 📅 Step 1: Select the date for attendance.
• 👥 Step 2: Click "Load Table" and enter the number of students.
• ✏️ Step 3: Enter Roll No and Name for each student (editable anytime).
• ✅ Step 4: Mark students as Present using the checkbox.
• ➕ Step 5: Use "Add Column" to add extra fields like Group or Section.
• 📆 Step 6: Use "Add Date" to add multiple attendance dates.
• 🧑‍🎓 Step 7: Click "Add Another" to add new student rows.
• 📝 Step 8: You can edit column headers like Roll No and Name.
• 💾 Step 9: Click "Save Attendance" to store data locally.
• 📥 Step 10: Click "Download Excel" to export attendance.
• 🔄 Step 11: Click "Clear All" to reset the table.
• 📌 Note: The first row can be edited as the Attendance Title.
